Scrappy is a cloud-based software platform that can run on any web-enabled device, from a desktop to a laptop to a tablet to a phone. The software can be launched via a friendly back-office portal or our cutting-edge mobile app on Android or iOS.
Scrappy has three main connected buckets, all designed to meet the needs of your business. At the core is the admin portal, for management from booking to invoice. The mobile app also offers crews a job schedule and tool to complete jobs, or a customer booking portal.
Scrappy offers major functionality that is simple from the start. Bookings for jobs can be created in a few taps, copied, or even uploaded in mass via a CSV. Change orders are driven through push notifications that allow you to communicate with customers and crews on the fly. Any job is instantly pushed to invoicing upon completion, where you can stage or one-click send to Quickbooks Online.

Scrappy integrates over with Quickbooks Online in seconds. Sync up your customers, services and allow the option to send invoices over seamlessly.
Scrappy by default will not display any financial information such as cost or tax rates to your crews or customers. Customers will only receive invoices if sent. Scrappy does not currently accept payment or store any payment information, outside of that necessary to make an invoice.
Scrappy and Quickbooks Online have a two-way sync between customer information (name, billing address) and services (name). There is a one-way push from Scrappy to Quickbooks Online for creating invoices, but ultimately Quickbooks Online is the "source of truth" for that information.
